For clients with hypertension, chronic pain and other health issues such as mood disorder and anxiety, MBCT aids in providing relief from stress and manage pain.
Acceptance and Commitment (ACT)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a type of psychotherapy that supports you to accept the problems that come with life. ACT is a form of mindfulness-based therapy defeating negative thoughts and feelings.
Prolonged Exposure Therapy
Prolonged exposure teaches individuals to gradually approach their trauma-related memories, feelings and situations. Prolonged Exposure Therapy is a form of psychotherapy for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
